A Case of Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 2B(MEN2B)

Introduction: Familial neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) accounts for less than 5% of NENs and multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2B (MEN2B) is a kind of rare familial NENs.

Aim(s): To present a rare case of MEN2B.

Materials and methods: In April 2016, a 21-year-old male patient presented with perianal pain and difficulty in defecation. Physical examination, imaging and hematology examinations were carried out to make a diagnosis.
