#2870 When It Comes to the Diagnostic of Neuroendocrine Neoplasms (NEN), Not All Markers and Clones Were Made Equal. Assessment of 5 Makers in 466 NEN from 10 Anatomical Sites

Introduction: Histological diagnostic of neuroendocrine neoplasms (NEN) relies on morphological criteria and expression of several neuroendocrine marker assessed by immunohistochemistry. Systematic large evaluation of classical (chromogranin A (chrA), synaptophysin (Syn), CD56) and emerging (chromogranin B (chrB), INSM1) markers are lacking.

#2765 Role of Biomarkers in Disease Progression of NET

Introduction: Due to the non specific features of neuroendocrine tumors and lack of diagnostic biomarkers, the diagnosis is usually delayed and almost half of patients presenting with distant metastases

#1816 Multivisceral Transplantation and Vascularised Sentinel Forearm Flap for a Metastatic Small Bowel Neuroendocrine Tumour: Update on Follow-Up

Introduction: We previously reported the first documented case of a novel approach in a patient with extensive mesenteric metastases from a small bowel neuroendocrine tumour (SBNET): this combined multivisceral transplantation (MVT) and a vascularised sentinel forearm flap (VSFF) from the same donor.

#1582 Utility of Serum Chromogranin B Compared with Chromogranin A as a Biomarker in Japanese Patients with Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors

Introduction: Currently, serum chromogranin A (CgA) is used as a biomarker for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNET); however, oral use of a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) and renal impairment can affect CgA.

#1558 Multivisceral Transplantation and Vascularised Sentinel Forearm Flap for a Metastatic Gut-Derived Neuroendocrine Tumour: Follow-up

Introduction: We previously reported the first documented case of a novel approach in a patient with extensive mesenteric metastases from a small bowel (SB) NET: this combined multivisceral transplantation (MVT) and a vascularised sentinel forearm flap (VSFF) from the same donor.

Abstract Submissions in 2023

Abstract submissions for 2024 will open in September 2023!

The 21st Annual ENETS Conference in 2024 will provide the principal platform for NET researchers around the world to present their latest findings. ENETS will select the best abstracts submitted in both clinical and basic science and present these in sessions within the framework of its scientific programme.

Participants of the ENETS Conferences in 2023 can now access the abstract booklet, e-posters and videos, the poster carousel, and more via My ENETS.
