#2945 Misdiagnosis of Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Carcinoma - A Potential Threat
Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNETs) are a rare clinical entity.Very less data is available in Pakistan on PNETs.Common metastatic sites are liver, lung and brain Reports involving metastasis to breast are almost negligible.

Introduction: For poorly-differentiated gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine carcinoma (GEP-NEC), American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) recommends to use a classification different from that for well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumor. However, this is not adopted by European Neuroendocrine Tumor Society (ENETS) staging classification.

Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine carcinoma (p-NEC) with liver metastasis has a poor prognosis. The treatment is mainly chemotherapy which is now still a huge challenge on NEC with high ki-67 index.

Introduction: DNA-targeting agents are the main treatment of aggressive pulmonary and pancreatic neuroendocrine carcinomas (NEC). FOXM1 is a transcription factor controlling cell proliferation and DNA repair pathways, playing therefore an important role in tumor progression and chemoresistance.

#2738 Patient-Derived Organoid Models of Human Neuroendocrine Carcinoma
Introduction: Gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine carcinoma (GEP-NEC) is a poorly understood disease with limited treatment options. Due to its low incidence and wide tissue distribution few representative preclinical models are available
