#3033 First-in-Korea Clinical Trial of Lu-177-DOTATATE in Patients with Inoperable, Progressive Somatostatin Receptor-Positive, Metastatic or Locally Advanced Neuroendocrine Tumor (SNU-KB-01)

Introduction: Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) based on Lu-177 DOTATATE is currently used worldwide as a treatment option for neuroendocrine tumor patients. But until now, no PRRT has been approved by the Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Thus, neuroendocrine tumor patients in Korea have severely limited access to the treatment. To provide treatment opportunities, we have planned a First-in-Korea phase I clinical trial of SNU-KB-01, no-carrier added Lu-177 labeled DOTATATE.

#3025 Phase-II Trials of Pazopanib in Metastatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasia (NEN): A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

Introduction: Several Phase-II trials have been designed to evaluate Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor (TKI) and in particular Pazopanib in Neuroendocrine Neoplasia (NEN) but it’s efficacy is not yet demonstrated in a randomized Phase III trial.

#3018 Real-Life Data for Telotristat Ethyl in Resistant-to-Treatment Carcinoid Syndrome: Is It Efficacious in Carcinoid Flushing as Well?

Introduction: Results from clinical trials with telotristat ethyl (TE) are really encouraging about its role in carcinoid syndrome-associated diarrhoea, however, its efficacy in flushing has been equivocal.

#2846 Whole Genome DNA Methylation Profiling Identifies Neuroendocrine Tumor Origin

Introduction: Determining the origin of a neuroendocrine tumor (NET) of unknown primary can be challenging. Liver metastases can originate from any organ in the body, while pulmonary NETs can be metastases but also primary tumors. This especially holds true for Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 1 patients, who often have multiple primary pancreatic and intestinal NETs. It is important to know the origin of the primary tumor since resection or ablation is crucial in case of treatment with curative intent. Furthermore, the site of origin determines prognosis, treatment options and eligibility for clinical trials.

Abstract Submissions in 2022

Abstract submissions for 2022 will open in September 2021!

The 19th Annual ENETS Conference in 2022 will provide the principal platform for NET researchers around the world to present their latest findings. ENETS will select the best abstracts submitted in both clinical and basic science and present these in sessions within the framework of its scientific programme.

Participants of the ENETS Virtual Conference 2021 can now access the abstract booklet, e-posters and videos, the poster carousel, and more via My ENETS.
