Introduction: GEP-LCNEC is rare and aggressive neuroendocrine tumor; data regarding their pathologic and clinical features are very limited.

Aim(s): To investigate the clinicopathological features and prognostic factors of Chinese patients with GEP-LCNEC in our hospital.

Materials and methods: The clinicopathologic features and survival of patients with GEP-LCNEC were retrospectively analyzed.
