Introduction: Insulinomas are functioning pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs), typically small and with a benign clinical course in more than 90% of cases.
Aim(s): To assess patients’ clinical outcome after open surgery for pancreatic insulinomas.
Materials and methods: From 1978 to 2017, we observed 95 patients with clinical and radiological signs of insulinoma. Follow-up (FU) to December 2018.
