Introduction: It is unknown if clin-patho features of PNET pts are different between China and USA, the largest country in the east and west, respectively.

Aim(s): We compared Chinese PNET with the USA, and analyzed the prognosis of both cohorts of PNET.

Materials and methods: The clin-patho features of 845 PNET were reviewed. We compared the features between the two countries. Uni-multivariate analyses were used to assess the prognosis of PNET.
