Immunohistochemical Profile of Digestive Neuroendocrine Neoplasms: A Retrospective Analysis in a Single Algerian Institution

#2831

Introduction: Neuroendocrine Noplasms (NEN) are rare tumours, but their incidence is clearly increasing in our country due to the improvement of diagnostic means, in particular the generalization of immunohistochemical techniques. The digestive location represents more than 70% of the cases. The anatomopathological study enables to classify the NEN in different prognostic grades according to the degree of differentiation, mitotic index and Ki67.

Aim(s): To evaluate immunihistochimical profil of digestive neuroendocrine neoplasms in our single institute experience during the last 10 years.

Materials and methods: It is a retrospective study on patients (pts) with NEN, managed at themedical oncology department of BeniMessous University Hospital from January 2011 to September 2019.
