#3077

Introduction: Management of NET patients often involves a multidisciplinary approach, requiring collaboration between referring oncologists, surgeons, endocrinologists locally and NET specialty centers (NSC).

Aim(s): We therefore aimed to understand barriers and opportunities in the development of a shared care model between local medical oncologists(LMOs)and NSC.

Materials and methods: An anonymous web based survey(30 questions) was conducted among Medical Oncologists(MOs)from Canada and Australia. Questions focused on demographics, comfort with management, interest in education, shared care, current methods & perceived barriers to collaboration in NETs management.Responses were reported using frequencies & percentages.Qualitative responses analyzed for recurrent themes.
