Introduction: PRRT is an accepted treatment in Europe for patients (pts) with mNETs, but considered investigational in the USA.

Aim(s): To describe the University of Iowa (UI) experience with PRRT.

Materials and methods: One-hundred and thirty-five cases from the UI NET database were analyzed and survival calculated.
