Introduction: Rectal neuroendocrine tumors (rNETs) are increasing in incidence, with more found incidentally on routine colonoscopy.

Aim(s): To retrospectively analyse a cohort of rNETs to characterize diagnostic features and clinical behavior.

Materials and methods: Patients (pts) with confirmed diagnosis of rNET were identified from a database.
