Introduction: Although temporal trends in incidence and prognosis of neuroendocrine neoplasms have been described in the literature, data regarding trends in Appendiceal Neuroendocrine Neoplasms (ANENs) is limited.

Aim(s): To evaluate temporal trends in incidence, presentation and work-up of ANENs over a period of 13 years.

Materials and methods: Appendectomy pathology reports from a single tertiary center were reviewed. Data regarding ANEN epidemiologic, pathologic and clinical characteristics was collected.
