Introduction: The Spanish National Neuroendocrine Cancer Registry is a hospital-based registry of GEP-NENs launched by GETNE in 2001.

Aim(s): We present therapeutic strategies and patterns of care.

Materials and methods: Data from this national registry that covers 57 academic and community Spanish sites was provided online.
