#3012 Causes of Death Following Neuroendocrine Tumors Diagnosis: A United States Population-Based Analysis
Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumors (NET) are heterogeneous in terms of prognosis based on location, grade, and stage.

#2685 Apatinib Inhibits Tumor Growth and Angiogenesis in PNET Models
Introduction: Angiogenesis has a pivotal role in the growth and metastasis of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNETs). Apatinib inhibits angiogenesis as a highly selective KDR inhibitor and has been used to treat advanced gastric cancer and malignancies in clinical settings. However, the efficacy of apatinib in PNETs remains unclear.

#2686 Survivorship Care Model for Patients with Metastatic Neuroendocrine Tumors
Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumors(NET)are rare often indolent tumors. Approximately 22% of patients (pt's) present with metastatic disease at diagnosis and can live with metastatic disease for years. These pt's often don't identify as cancer survivors and don't meet the criteria for care in traditional survivorship clinics

#2696 Difficulties in Providing Palliative Care in Rural India (West Bengal) – Experience of an NGO
Introduction: As in any developing countries state of West Bengal in India has a huge burden of cancer patients in advanced stage coming from rural area where awareness regarding the usefulness of palliative care in rather poor.

#2838 Accidental Injection of Unlabeled Lu-177 Caused Catastrophic Consequences in Patients with Neuroendocrine Tumor
Introduction: Since Lu-177 DOTATATE treatment is not approved in South Korea, patients with neuroendocrine tumors were sent to Germany and Malaysia for the treatment.

#2862 Concurrent Metastatic Pulmonary Neuroendocrine Tumor and Pituitary Macroadenoma
Introduction: The coexistence of a sellar mass in a patient with a neuroendocrine tumor, while rare, can paint the clinical picture of either a genetic syndrome, most notably multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 1(MEN1) or pituitary metastasis recently more frequent probably due to the longer survival of cancer patients.

#2894 Single Institution Experience with Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT) in Neuroendocrine Tumors (NET)
Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) are a rare and heterogenous group of tumors with rising incidence. Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) with radiolabeled somatostatin analogue is an encouraging systemic treatment modality with minimum side effects.

#2897 Comparison of 68Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT for Assessment of Response to Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy after 2 and 4 Cycles of 177Lu-DOTATATE: Preliminary Single Academic Center Experience
Introduction: Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) usually leads to stable rather than decreased lesion size in neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), therefore RECIST criteria are not used to assess early response to treatment.

#2937 Brain Metastasis in Patients with Neuroendocrine Neoplasia of Gastroenteropancreatic Origin: A Single Centre Experience
Introduction: Brain metastasis (BrMet) in patients (pts) with neuroendocrine neoplasia (NEN) of gastroenteropancreatic (GEP) origin is extremely rare. Data on management and outcome are limited.
