#604 Expression of Netrin-1 and its Receptors in pNETs
Introduction: Netrin-1, a member of axon guidance molecules, and its dependence receptors (DCC, UNC5, neogenin) is involved in several cancer types (breast, neuroblastoma, colon etc) but its role in pNETs remains unknown.

#992 Phase 1 and Phase 2 Clinical Trials Investigating Targets Against the Molecular Hallmarks of Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors
Introduction: Recently there have been many advances in the diagnosis and treatment of gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP NETs), accompanied by significant improvements in our understanding of GEP NET biology. A number of well-established or novel molecular hallmarks are involved in GEP NET tumorigenesis and may help in identifying potential diagnostic or therapeutic targets.

#1361 Evaluation of the Therapeutic Approaches Impacting on the Survival of Patients with an Advanced Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumor
Introduction: The therapeutic approaches in metastatic pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNET) are currently used as a palliative strategy to control symptoms and potentially improving patient survival.

#1483 Biomarker and Target Identification in GEP-NET: From in Silico Prediction to Validation on Patient Tissues
Introduction: Gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs) are a heterogeneous group of tumors. Somatostatin agonist treatment has a key role in the management of GEP-NET. However, the prognosis of these tumors varies between individuals. There is, therefore, a need to identify novel prognostic and predictive biomarkers of therapeutic efficacy, as well as to propose novel therapeutic strategies.
