#1771 Nomogram Individually Predicts the Overall Survival of Patients with Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms
Introduction: A few previous studies have shown that nomograms can predict the survival rates of patients with neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs).

#1879 A Hybrid Clinical Molecular Nomogram Accurately Predicts Survival in PRRT Treated GEP-NETs
Introduction: Clinical assessment has limited prognostic ability. Mathematical tools –nomograms- that incorporate multiple parameters are more effective. Novel transcriptomic data has added value in defining NET biology in tissue and blood. A blood multigene expression analysis test is effective as a molecular prognostic marker for PFS.

#1882 Clinical Nomogram Development and Predictive Utility for Appendiceal and Colorectal NETs
Introduction: Nomograms are predictive tools that help prognosticate. A survival nomogram has been validated for small bowel NETs has been adapted for other sites. About 50% of NETs occur in the appendix-colon-rectum. Locations have widely differing outcomes (survival 50-100%).

#1881 A Gene Expression-Based Nomogram Predicts Progression Free Survival in Small Bowel NETs
Introduction: Nomograms are predictive tools that help prognosticate. A survival nomogram has been validated for small bowel NETs. A circulating NET specific 51gene signature – the NETest – has efficacy (~95%) as a predictor of progression free survival (PFS).

#1481 Neuroendocrine Liver Metastasis: A Novel Nomogram to Predict Patient’s Prognosis After Liver Resection
Introduction: Despite surgery remains the only potentially curative option for patients with neuroendocrine liver metastases (NELMs), the factors determining the prognosis of patients following hepatectomy are poorly understood.

#1718 Enhanced Prognostication of Grade 1 Small Bowel Neuroendocrine Tumours with Multi-Parametric Clinicopathological Assessment
Introduction: Most small bowel neuroendocrine tumours (SBNET) are Grade 1 (G1), and exhibit at least nodal metastasis at diagnosis. The clinical behaviours of G1 SBNET remain poorly predictable. The ‘NET nomogram’ developed by Modlin et al. designates SBNET as low/medium/high risk by mathematical analysis of 15 clinicopathological parameters.

#1634 Trends of Incidence and Survivals for Gastric Neuroendocrine Neoplasms: An Analysis of 3523 Patients in the SEER Database
Introduction: The published evidence on gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (g-NENs) is often based on small series of patients.

#2790 Trends of Incidence and Prognosis of Gastric Neuroendocrine Neoplasms - A Study Based on SEER and Our Multicenter Research
Introduction: The incidence of gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (GNENs) is increasing but we still lack effective tools for risk stratification so far.

#2977 Predicting Survival in Patients with a Neuroendocrine Tumor of the Small Intestine (SI-NET)
Introduction: SI-NET comprise the largest group of neuroendocrine tumors. Because of their heterogeneity, predicting survival has proven challenging. A nomogram (NG) to assess SI-NET disease specific survival (DSS) has been developed in 2010 by Modlin, et al. based on analysis of retrospective data from the Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) database.
