Introduction: Liver resection has emerged as an effective treatment for secondary liver neuroendocrine tumours. “Associated liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy” (ALPPS) allows resection of liver tumours in 2 steps.

#2692 Development of Ex-Vivo Models of Metastatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms
Introduction: The lack of relevant in-vivo and in-vitro models has precluded investigations of the pathophysiology of metastatic NENs. Organotypic tumour slices retain the complexity of tumours in-vivo without extensive manipulation of the tissue.

#2709 Endoscopic Management and Outcomes of Gastro-Duodenal Neuroendocrine Tumours
Introduction: Gastric and duodenal neuroendocrine tumours are increasing in incidence. ENETS guidelines suggest endoscopic resection of type 1 gastric NENs over 10mm and consider endoscopic resection for duodenal NENs. However, the endoscopic techniques are not clearly mandated. There, is evidence to suggest endoscopic mucosal dissection has higher incidence of R0 resections compared with polypectomy or EMR alone.
