#1814 Predictors of Outcome in Patients Treated with Peptide Radio-Labelled Receptor Target Therapy (PRRT)
Introduction: The efficacy of PRRT has been demonstrated in patients with well differentiated NETS. The NETTER-01 study demonstrated disease stabilisation or partial response in approximately 80% of patients. However, more studies are needed to identify predictors of response

#390 An Increasing Incidence of GEP-NETs in Chengdu City with a Population of 14 Million in China
Introduction: The annual incidence of GEP-NETs in China is still unclear. All histopathology and cytopathology reports have yet to be collected in a national archive. No national or regional survey on GEP-NETs has been approved. West China Hospital (WCH), a university hospital located in Chengdu City with a population of 14 million, has established a series of databases in recent years.

#679 Malignant Pheocromocytoma: Rare, Aggressive, but Easily Neglected
Introduction: Pheocromocytomas are rare neuroendocrine tumors of which only 10% present metastatic disease.

#855 Extrapulmonary Small Cell Neuroendocrine Carcinoma of the Colon in an 18-Year-Old Girl
Introduction: Extrapulmonary small cell carcinoma (EPSCC) is a very rare aggressive malignant tumor typical for older age. Prognosis of EPSCC remains very poor, with three years OS 38% and five years OS less than 13%. The median survival for GI localised EPSCC is only five months. Initial extent of disease is the most sensitive prognostic factor.

#1248 Case Report of Recurrent VIPoma
Introduction: 51yr presented with 7 month diarrhoea&2 stone weight loss. All tests negative, only abnormality hypokalaemia. FGH profile: VIP raised>400, peptide histidine methionine>1000, GAWK of 250. Diagnosis of VIPoma. CT: 5cm mass tail & body of pancreas, no hepatic or adrenal lesions. Octreotide treatment started. Bowel frequency improved, hypokalaemia corrected. Octreotide scan showed uptake only in pancreas. Patient readmitted 5 months later hypokalaemic myopathy, K 1.7, surgical distal pancreatectomy & splenectomy completed. Histology: NET within pancreas, moderate cellular differentiation, variable mitotic rate.

#1272 Telotristat Etiprate Appears to Halt Carcinoid Heart Disease
Introduction: Carcinoid Heart Disease (CHD) is a serious complication of the Carcinoid Syndrome (in as many as 50% of patients during the course of their disease). 46% of cases operated with bioprosthetic valves develop recurrent carcinoid valvulopathy on the newly implanted tissue valves. Until now, only mechanical prosthetic valves avoid recurrent fibrosis.
