#2935 Prior Surgical Resection and Ga-68-DOTANOC PET/CT Imaging-Based Parameters: Do These Impact Outcomes in Grade II Gastroentero-Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (GEP-NETs)
Introduction: Grade 2 GEP-NETs have inherent tumor heterogeneity seen with positive expression of somatostatin (SSTR) and glucose (GLUT) receptors. Prior surgical resection and imaging parameters on Ga-68 DOTANOC PET/C are well-established variable impacting prognosis in well-differentiated grade 1 NETs. Since the degree of differentiation is variable in Grade 2 NETs, these parameters have not been studied.

#3000 Patients with Somatostatin Receptor Type 2-Negative Neuroendocrine Tumors Have Sustained Inferior Survival Rates in a Propensity Score-Matched Analysis
Introduction: Sufficient expression of somatostatin receptor type 2 (SST2) in neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) is crucial for treatment with unlabelled somatostatin analogues (SSAs), or peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) using radio-labelled SSAs. Impaired prognosis has been described for SST2-negative NET patients, however studies comparing matched SST2-positive and -negative subjects are missing.

#2876 Efficacy of Surufatinib in Western Patients (pts) with Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (PanNETs)
Introduction: Surufatinib is a targeted inhibitor of tyrosine kinases VEGFR1, 2, & 3, FGFR1, and CSF-1R. The safety profile was favorable in 2 completed studies (NCT02133157, NCT02267967) conducted in China. A recent phase 3 placebo controlled study (NCT02588170) confirmed safety, and demonstrated superior efficacy (PFS: 9.2 v 3.8 months) of Surufatinib in Chinese pts with advanced extra-pancreatic NETs (epNET).

#2883 Comparison of Somatostatin Analogues in Metastatic Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors from a Bayesian Perspective: The GETNE-TRASGU Study
Introduction: Somatostatin analogues (SSA), octreotide LAR (Oct) and lanreotide autogel (Lan), significantly prolong progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with well-differentiated gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NET). However, comparative data are not available and randomized trials comparing both SSAs are unlikely to be conducted.

#2706 A New Possibility in SI-NET Surgery by Using a New β- Probe and 90Y-DOTATOC: A Pilot Study
Introduction: In neuroendocrine tumor (NET), complete surgery could better the prognosis of this disease: radioguided surgery (RGS) with beta-radioisotopes, as 90Y, is a novel approach focused on developing a new probe which, detecting electrons and operating with low background, provides a clearer delineation of the margins of lesions with low radiation exposition for surgeons.
