#126 Assessment of the proliferation marker Ki-67 by endoscopic ultrasound guided-Fine Needle Aspiration (EUS-FNA) in pancreatic endocrine tumors: A comparative analysis with histology of the surgical specimen
Introduction: Assessment of the proliferative index by Ki-67 immuno-labelling is an important prognostic parameter for the biologic behavior of digestive neuroendocrine tumors, usually established on the histological specimen obtained after surgery or macro-biopsy. However, small pancreatic endocrine tumors (PET) are more and more often recognized by CT/MRI and diagnosed by EUS. The value of Ki-67 labelling index (Ki-67-LI) on fine needle aspiration (FNA) is not well-established in this setting, although regularly assessed.

#543 Endoscopic Ultrasound-Guided Fine Needle Tissue Acquisition (EUS-FNTA) Using a 19-G Needle for Histological Grading of Pancreatic Endocrine Tumors (PETs): A Prospective Study
Introduction: EUS-FNTA is increasingly used in the diagnosis of pancreatic endocrine tumors (PETs). Ki-67 expression, an important prognostic factor according to the WHO classification, is difficult to be determined on cytological specimens.

#1662 Two Separate Modified ENETS Staging Classifications Are Needed for Duodenal and Jejunoileal Neuroendocrine Neoplasms
Introduction: Previous studies showed duodenal neuroendocrine neoplasms (d-NEN) and jejunoileal NEN (j-NEN) harboring different features. However, the staging classifications of d-NEN and j-NEN proposed by ENETS are identical.

#859 Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (PNETs): Role of Endoscopic UltraSound-Fine Needle Aspiration (EUS-FNA) and Accuracy of Ki-67 Measurement on Cytological Specimens
Introduction: The role of EUS-FNA in preoperative diagnosis and grading of pNETs is well-established, but it is unclear how Ki-67 expression on cytological specimens obtained by EUS-FNA reflects the value found on surgical specimens.

#893 The Role of Primary Resection and Hepatic Resection in the Management of Metastatic Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors with Irresectable Liver Metastases
Introduction: More than 40% of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (PNET) patients have liver metastases (LM) at diagnosis. Whilst it is agreed that, where possible, curative surgery offers the best outcomes, the role of debulking surgery in the context of irresectable LM remains unclear.

#1655 A Case Report of Bicaval Stents and Inferior Vena Cava Valve Implantation to Control Carcinoid Symptoms in Order to Safely Allow Surgical Valve Replacement
Introduction: Surgery for severe tricuspid regurgitation (TR) is a high-risk procedure. Therefore transcatheter valve implantation into the vena cava can be performed as an attempt to reduce the complications and symptoms associated with this.
