#2089 Study to Evaluate the Optimal Dose of 68Ga-OPS202 as a PET Imaging Agent in Patients with GEP-NETs
Introduction: The majority of patients diagnosed with gastroenteropancreatic (GEP)-NETs present metastases expressing somatostatin receptor 2 (SSTR2). The 68Gallium-labelled SSTR2 antagonist 68Ga-OPS202 has shown improved diagnostic performance as a PET imaging agent compared with the SSTR2 agonist 68Ga-DOTA-TOC in a single-centre study.

#133 Effectiveness of transarterial embolization of liver neuroendocrine metastases
Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) with diffuse liver metastases have a poor prognosis and prove difficult to palliate. Somatostatin analogues and chemotherapy have been used but often are poorly tolerated and may not provide symptom relief. Transarterial Embolization (TAE) is being increasingly used to improve symptom control and reduce tumor size. We looked at the last 5-year experience of TAE in patients with hepatic metastases from neuroendocrine tumors.

#153 Antibody formation against somatostatin analogues with altered biodistribution and dosimetry: a case with implications for PRRT
Introduction: Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) of neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) has emerged as a powerful palliative therapy. I.v. administration of radiolabeled (e.g. Yttrium-90) somatostatin analogues (SA) results in high-dose local irradiation of all tumor sites. The radiolabelled SA accumulates in the tumors through receptor-mediated internalization depending on the expression of somatostatin receptors and the pharmacokinetics of the radiolabelled SA.

#366 Next Generation Sequencing is a Cost Effective and Time Saving Method in Clinical Genetic Screening of Patients with Pheochromocytomas
Introduction: Pheochromocytomas are rare tumours arising from adrenal medulla. Recent findings show that about 30-40% of pheochromocytomas are caused by germline mutations in one of the ten hereto known susceptibility genes: SDHA, SDHB, SDHC, SDHD, SDHAF2, RET, VHL, NF1, TMEM127 and MAD. This list of genes is constantly growing. These ten genes together consist of 128 exons and a genetic screening test is both extensive time-consuming and expensive. We introduce utilizing Next generation sequencing as a fast and cost effective method.
