#441 Tie-2 and Angiopoietin-2 Plasma Levels as New Diagnostic Markers for Patients with Neuroendocrine Tumors. Data from One Clinical Center
Introduction: Data concerning circulating levels of the angiogenic factors in patients with neuroendocrine tumors (NET) still remain insufficient.

#644 Diffuse Expression of Osteopontin, Endostatin and Angiopoietin 1 in Neuroendocrine Neoplasm Tissues
Introduction: Recent data show a characteristic pattern of selected angiogenic factors of plasma levels: endostatin(END), osteopontin(OPN), angiopoietin 1 & 2 (Ang-1&2) in patients with neuroendocrine neoplasm (NEN) in comparison to healthy controls.

#1642 Angiogenic Circulating Biomarkers in Patients with Advanced Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors Treated with Everolimus
Introduction: More than 10% of patient treated with Everolimus develop early onset of resistance. The lacking of adequate predictive factors in the targeted hera makes challenging the early identification of non-responders patients.

#77 Angiogenesis markers after hepatic artery embolization of liver metastases in patients with neuroendocrine tumors
Introduction: In the event of diffuse hepatic metastases, hepatic artery embolization (HAE) can be a successful treatment option in patients with well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors (WNET). Although there are suggestions of activation of the angiogenesis by HAE, no information is available about the development of growth factors caused by vascular obstruction with embolization.

#513 Correlation Between mTOR Pathway and Clinical Outcomes in Patients with Well-Differentiated Neuroendocrine Tumors Treated with Everolimus
Introduction: Everolimus has been studied in preclinical and clinical settings, showing it to be active and effective. Tumors exhibiting the constitutively activated phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase-AKT-mTOR (PI3K/AKT/mTOR) pathway, are potentially susceptible to mTOR inhibitors. Even though Everolimus is both an antiproliferative and anti-angiogenic drug, we do not know the possible prognostic or predictive role of p-mTOR pathway.

#637 Prognostic Factors Affecting Outcome in Patients with Liver Resection of Neuroendocrine Hepatic Metastasis
Introduction: Neuroendocrine (NE) malignant neoplasms commonly metastasize to the liver, which can be the only site of metastatic disease. The clinical course of patients who undergo surgical resection of hepatic NE metastases varies widely and the reported factors affecting survival have not been identified.

#1183 Establishment of a New Human Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumour Cell Line
Introduction: The development of new therapeutic strategies for patients with pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours is impaired by the paucity of suitable pre-clinical models. Although the two available tumour cell lines BON and QGP have a neuroendocrine phenotype, the proliferation rate is too high for a well differentiated neuroendocrine tumour.

#1926 Long-Term Outcomes and Prognostic Factors of Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms (GEP-NENs): An Update of a Large National Registry (RGETNE)
Introduction: RGETNE is a national hospital-based GEP-NENs registry coordinated by the Spanish multidisciplinary scientific society GETNE.

#2768 Risk Factors of the Distant Metastasis in Gastric Neuroendocrine Neoplasms: A 10-Year Retrospective Study in China
Introduction: Research on the risk factors of metastasis of gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (g-NENs) is rare in China.
