#300 Association Between Time to Disease Progression Endpoints and Overall Survival in Patients with Neuroendocrine Tumors
Introduction: While the association between time to disease progression (TDP) and overall survival (OS) has been examined in a variety of cancers, it has not been assessed in trials of neuroendocrine tumors (NETs).

#1100 Cyclin-Dependent Kinase Inhibitor 2A (CDKN2A/P16) Polymorphisms and Risk of Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors
Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNETs) represent only 1% of all pancreatic neoplasms by incidence, but 10% by prevalence. Family history of cancer is the only established risk factor so far. The impact of germline genetic variability on PNET risk is poorly understood.

#139 Association of carcinoid with noncarcinoid neoplasms
Introduction: Carcinoid tumors have a complex disease spectrum. Most have a benign clinical course, but some are aggressive, with invasive growth, metastasis and short survival. In carcinoid tumors, more than 20% are associated with noncarcinoid neoplasms. When the second tumor is a more malignant lesion, the prognosis usually is correlated more closely with the noncarcinoid malignant neoplasm.

#143 Association of somatostatin receptor 2 immunohistochemical expression with [111In]-DTPA octreotide scintigraphy and [68Ga]-DOTATOC PET/CT in neuroendocrine tumors
Introduction: In the absence of preoperative somatostatin receptor (sst) scans, knowledge of immunohistochemical sst2 tumor expression may help in predicting the success of somatostatin analogue-based follow-up studies and treatment of neuroendocrine tumors (NETs).

#358 Enhanced Combined 177Lu-DOTATATE and 90Y-DOTATATE Treatment of Patients with Metastatic Neuroendocrine Tumors Refractory to Conventional Therapy: An Ongoing Study.
Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) over-express somatostatin receptors (SRs) and the efficacy of peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) with somatostatin analogues labeled with high activities of ß-emitting radioisotopes have been reported.

#615 Gastrinoma and Neurofibromatosis Type 2: Is There an Association?
Introduction: Gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors have been seldom described in association with neurofibromatosis type-1, whereas an association with neurofibromatosis type-2 (NF2) has never been reported.

#1877 TSC22D1 Expression and Association with Clinic-Pathological Features in Bronchial Carcinoids
Introduction: Bronchial carcinoids (BC), typical (TC) or atypical (AC), are rare neoplasms arising from neuroendocrine cells spread in the respiratory epithelium Microarray data analysis obtained comparing a pool of TC with a pool of AC samples showed TSC22D1 down-regulation in AC samples. The role of TSC22D1 in neuroendocrine tumors is unknown.

#2148 Tumor Microenvironment in Merkel Cell Carcinoma: Association with Merkel Cell Polyomavirus and Clinico-Pathological Features in a Retrospective Cohort Study
Introduction: MCC is a rare and aggressive skin cancer with a neuroendocrine phenotype.Association between MCC and Polyomavirus is known.PD-1 and PD-L1 have recently become key players in the therapeutic landscape.

#84 Rare association between pancreatic insulinoma and Graves's disease: fortune or misfortune?
Introduction: In spite of low frequency ( 4 cases in 1 million population), insulimoma is a significant pathology because hypoglycemia causes severe neurologic lesions and death.
