#2193 Advanced Gastric Neuroendocrine Carcinoma: A Diagnostic and Management Conundrum
Introduction: Gastric neuroendocrine carcinomas are rare tumors with a high malignant trait and poor prognosis. Endogenous hypercortisolism associated with neuroendocrine carcinomas can have a negative impact on patients' survival.

#125 Ectopic hormone secreting phaeochromocytoma: A francophone observational study
Introduction: Ectopic hormone-secreting phaeochromocytomas are rare and only small reports of 1-2 cases exist in the literature. In the past, this condition has been linked with increased malignancy, familial syndromes and ACTH secretion.

#391 Clinical Case of a Man with ACTH-Ectopic Syndrome and Autosomal-Dominant Polycystic Disease
Introduction: A 39 y.o. man with renal insufficiency (GFR 34 ml/min) due to autosomal-dominant polycystic disease (in the liver and kidney) and ACTH-ectopy (AES).

#1426 Pseudotumor of Thymus Occuring After Hypercortisolism Recovery: Case Report
Introduction: Cushing syndrome is due to an ectopic secreting adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) in 10 % to 20% of cases. Among them, thymic tumors represent almost half of cases. It has been described that patients sometimes develop benign hyperplasia after hypercortisolism correction.

#1549 Ectopic Cushing Syndrome in a Patient with Metastatic Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma
Introduction: Ectopic Cushing syndrome was reported in 0.6% of patients with medullary thyroid carcinoma; it usually occurred in metastatic cases and significantly increases mortality.

#277 Metastatic Gastrinoma Co-secreting PTHrP and ACTH
Introduction: Metastatic gastrinoma is occasionally associated with tumor secretion of functioning peptides, resulting in additional syndromes.

#545 A Case of ACTH-Secreting Bronchial Carcinoid
Introduction: Ectopic ACTH syndrome (EAS) occurs in about 5-10% of ACTH-dependent hypercortisolism and, in up to 15% of cases, is related to occult neoplasms.

#858 Metastatic Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors with Ectopic Cushing Syndrome: Could Everolimus Be a Safe Therapeutic Option?
Introduction: Everolimus(E) has proved effective in prolonging PFS in advanced P-NETs. As E is a substrate of CYP3A4 co-administration with ketoconazole (k), a strong inhibitor of CYP3A4 used to control hypercortisolism, should be avoided.

#1078 Somatostatin Responsive ACTH and Precursor Excess in a Midgut Mesentery NET
Introduction: ACTH production from a midgut mesentery NET is extremely rare (1). A 62y old woman presented with hypokalaemia (2mmol/L) and hyperpigmentation, 11y after surgery of a pT3N1Mx non-functional G1 NET with SRS positive, non-resectable but stable, residual mass encasing mesenteric vessels. Serum cortisol (3261 nmol/L), ACTH (796 ng/L), CgA (530 pmol/L) and urine total cortisol metabolites (33920 µg/24h) including 14 sub-products indicated change of biological behaviour into a functioning NET. Pituitary or pulmonary sources were excluded
