#2998 Inter- and Intrapatient Mean Absorbed Dose Variation and Simplification of Dosimetric Workflow after PRRT
Introduction: Post-PRRT dosimetry is not routinely performed, partly due to required multiple imaging time points. One time point imaging would reduce patient burden, and make dosimetry more applicable in the clinical settings.

#2081 Preclinical Testing of SSA Compounds in a Model of Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors to Optimize Scheduling and Drug Exposition
Introduction: Somatostatin analogues (SSA) such as Octreotide and Lanreotide have demonstrated a significant benefit in Neuroendocrine Tumors, particularly in the well/moderately differentiated types. Nevertheless, there are still several aspects of SSA treatments that remain unsolved, such as drug exposition in patients and schedule optimization.

#2917 Quantification of Intratherapeutic SPECT/CT for Lutetium-177-DOTATOC PRRT in Neuroendocrine Tumors
Introduction: In PRRT for NET, feasibility of lesion uptake quantification in Lu-177-DOTATOC SPECT/CT for therapy monitoring remains unclear.

#2876 Efficacy of Surufatinib in Western Patients (pts) with Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (PanNETs)
Introduction: Surufatinib is a targeted inhibitor of tyrosine kinases VEGFR1, 2, & 3, FGFR1, and CSF-1R. The safety profile was favorable in 2 completed studies (NCT02133157, NCT02267967) conducted in China. A recent phase 3 placebo controlled study (NCT02588170) confirmed safety, and demonstrated superior efficacy (PFS: 9.2 v 3.8 months) of Surufatinib in Chinese pts with advanced extra-pancreatic NETs (epNET).

#2996 A Head-to-Head Comparison between Two Software Packages for Hybrid Dosimetry after PRRT
Introduction: The number of dosimetry studies after PRRT is increasing, yet different methodologies are used which challenge comparison or pooling of results.

#3075 Telotristat Makes Significant Difference on Symptoms and Serotonin Levels in a Population with Widespread GI-NET and Severe Carcinoid Syndrome
Introduction: In spite of new treatments like PRRT or everolimus there is a clinical need for systemic therapies that complement SSAs (somatostatin analogs) and antidiarrheal agents in the treatment of carcinoid syndrome, a late stage problem in s-i-NET. Telotristat is a promising addition to our therapeutic arsenal.

#2829 Everolimus-Induced Pneumonitis in Patients with Neuroendocrine Neoplasms: Multinational Study on Risk Factors and Outcomes
Introduction: The incidence and risk factors for everolimus-induced pneumonitis (EiP) have been poorly studied in patients (pts) with neuroendocrine neoplasms (NEN) outside of clinical trials.

#2698 Safety and Efficacy of Salvage PRRT with 177Lu-DOTA-Octreotate in Patients with Well-Differentiated Metastatic Neuroendocrine Tumours (NET)
Introduction: Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) is an effective therapy in patients with a somatostatin receptor-positive neuroendocrine tumour (NET). NETTER-1 trial demonstrated high efficacy and low toxicity of four cycles.
