#3071 Hormonal Ectopic Secretion Syndromes Associated to Neuroendocine Neoplasia
Introduction: Neuroendocrine neoplasias (NEN) are able to produce and secrete bioactive peptides and cause distinct syndromes related to their biological effects. The outcome will depend on the oncological disease as well as the hormonal syndrome

#2885 Ectopic Neuroendocrine Carcinoma: An Occult Source of ACTH
Introduction: About 250 cases of ectopic ACTH-producing neuroendocrine carcinoma (ACTH-NEC) have been reported; however metastatic ACTH-NEC of unknown primary is very rare. Usually are characterized by having a large cell, small cell, poorly differentiated or anaplastic cell, and Ki-67 index between 40-90%.

#2987 68Ga-DOTATOC PET/CT as Tool for Diagnosis and Decision-Making Process of Neuroendocrine Tumors
Introduction: Primary tumors in some patients with metastatic neuroendocrine tumors (NET) cannot be found by conventional imaging as CT, MRI and scintigraphy. 68Ga-DOTATOC PET/CT (68Ga-PET) appears to have superior sensitivity, specifity, and better resolution than 99mTC-octreotide SPECT/TC (SSTR scintigraphy) and can improve decision-making process, however its cost is higher, and its availability is limited.

#125 Ectopic hormone secreting phaeochromocytoma: A francophone observational study
Introduction: Ectopic hormone-secreting phaeochromocytomas are rare and only small reports of 1-2 cases exist in the literature. In the past, this condition has been linked with increased malignancy, familial syndromes and ACTH secretion.

#871 Success with Lutetium-177 DOTATATE Therapy in Cushing’s Syndrome Caused by Functional Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumor (pNET) with Ectopic Adrenocorticotropic Hormone (ACTH) Secretion Refractory to Concomitant Everolimus, Pasireotide and Metyrapone
Introduction: We report a case of a 59-year-old female presenting with florid ACTH-dependent Cushing’s syndrome complicated by pulmonary cryptococcal infection.

#1206 Two Cases of Ectopic ACTH-Secreting Neoplasm of Occult Origin Becoming Overt After Bilateral Adrenalectomy
Introduction: Cushing's syndrome (CS) is an endocrine disorder associated with serious consequences if not adequately treated. Nearly 80% of the cases of endogenous hypercortisolism are adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) dependent, the ACTH source being pituitary in about 70-80% and ectopic in 10-15%. The ACTH source may remain occult in few cases for many years in spite of extensive investigations.

#1426 Pseudotumor of Thymus Occuring After Hypercortisolism Recovery: Case Report
Introduction: Cushing syndrome is due to an ectopic secreting adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) in 10 % to 20% of cases. Among them, thymic tumors represent almost half of cases. It has been described that patients sometimes develop benign hyperplasia after hypercortisolism correction.

#1838 A Rare Case of Ectopic Cushing's Syndrome
Introduction: Cushing's syndrome has an incidence of 0.7 - 2.4 per million people per year. In 15% of cases, it’s associated with non-pituitary tumors secreting ACTH. Pheochromocytoma accounts for 5% of ectopic ACTH secretion.

#2191 Endocrine Paraneoplastic Syndromes in Patients with Neuroendocrine Neoplasms
Introduction: Endocrine paraneoplastic syndromes (ePNS) result from production of bioactive substances from tumours not related to their expected tissue of origin. Neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) have been associated with ectopic secretion of several hormones, but the prevalence of ePNS has only been described in a small number of studies.
