#2746 Immunohistochemical Biomarker Expression in Gastro-Entero-Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors at ENETS Centre of Excellence, University Hospital Zurich, Switzerland
Introduction: Gastro-entero-pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NET) are a heterogeneous tumor entity with respect to biological behaviour and prognosis. This makes diagnosis and treatment a major challenge.

#2864 Irinotecan-Based Regimens for the Second-Line Treatment of Extrapulmonary Poorly Differentiated Neuroendocrine Carcinomas: A Monocentric Experience
Introduction: Neuroendocrine carcinomas (NECs) are a rare subgroup of neuroendocrine neoplasms that occasionally originate from gastro-entero-pancreatic (GEP) tract. Owing to their low incidence, evidences of the effectiveness of chemotherapy are scarce. Analogously to small cell lung cancer, platinum plus etoposide (Vp16) regimens are currently the standard treatment in first-line, while little data are available on the role of second-line treatment.

#2946 Analysis of Factors Related to Gallstones in Patients with Neuroendocrine Tumors Treated with Long-Acting Somatostatin Analogues
Introduction: Somatostatin analogs are the backbone of neuroendocrine neoplasms treatment. Biliary stone disease is a potentially severe adverse event of somatostatin analogs.

#425 Successful Treatment with Everolimus of Functioning Liver Metastases From a Pancreatic Insulinoma
Introduction: Medical treatment of metastatic insulinoma is debated.

#720 Small-Cell Carcinoma of the Gallbladder: Case Report and Review of Literature
Introduction: Small-cell carcinomas arising in the gallbladder are extremely rare and aggressive tumors, which metastasize early, and have very poor prognosis. This histologic type of gallbladder carcinoma is more common in women than in men, usually coexists with lithiasis, and has a highly aggressive clinical behavior.

#939 Large Cell Neuroendocrine Carcinoma of the Gallbladder: A Case Report and Literature Review
Introduction: Primary large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC) of the gallbladder is rare. The standard treatment for gallbladder NEC with liver metastases has not been established, but combination chemotherapy with etoposide plus cisplatin (EP) is recommended for NEC patients with liver metastasis, regardless of the primary tumor site.

#1251 Biodistribution and Radiation Dosimetry of a Novel 18F-Fluoroethyl Triazole [Tyr3] Octreotate Analogue for PET Imaging Patients with Advanced Neuroendocrine Tumours.
Introduction: Despite advances, detection and quantification of NET activity by imaging remains a challenge.

#1359 Multicenter Retrospective Analysis of Clinical and Pathological Features of Gallbladder and Extrahepatic Biliary Duct Neuroendocrine Neoplasm
Introduction: Primary neuroendocrine neoplasm of the gallbladder(GB) and extrahepatic biliary duct(EHBD) were considered as rare malignant tumors.

#1477 Neuroendocrine Tumors of the Biliary Tract: A Retrospective, Observational Multicenter Study
Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumors of the biliary tract (BTNETs) constitute a heterogeneous group of neoplasms. Because of their rarity, the clinical behavior is unclear.

#1595 Pathological Features of High Proliferative Activity Neuroendocrine Tumor
Introduction: High Proliferative Activity Neuroendocrine Tumor (NET G3) is difficult to be distinguished from neuroendocrine carcinoma. However, there are differences in clinical treatment and prognosis between the two. So it is crucial to make an accurate pathological diagnosis.
