#2768 Risk Factors of the Distant Metastasis in Gastric Neuroendocrine Neoplasms: A 10-Year Retrospective Study in China
Introduction: Research on the risk factors of metastasis of gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (g-NENs) is rare in China.

#2711 Gastric Neuroendocrine Neoplasms: Clinical Management and Outcomes in a Cohort of 54 Patients
Introduction: Gastric NENs are increasingly being diagnosed at endoscopy. The majority of these are type 1 gastric NEN. However, around 10-20% can be type 3 or type 4 Gastric NENs.

#2850 A Clinical Controlled Observation of Chinese Herbal Decoction (SMLJ01) for Type 1 Gastric Neuroendocrine Neoplasms
Introduction: Type 1 gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (g-NENs) usually have good prognosis, however, most patients(pts) experience the recurrence after endoscopic resection.

#2683 Clinicopathological Features and Prognostic Analysis of 227 Cases with Well-Differentiated Gastric Neuroendocrine Tumors
Introduction: Gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (g-NENs) are a group of rare tumors with a strong heterogeneity, subdivided as well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors (NETs, type 1-3 g-NETs) and poorly-differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma(NECs). WHO classification(2019) for digestive system tumours has carried out a new classification and grading criteria for NENs of the gastrointestinal tract recently, there is very few relevant clinical data based on this new classification, especially for gastric NETs(g-NETs).

#2815 Unexpected High Rate of Metastases in Type 1 Gastric Neuroendocrine Neoplasia
Introduction: Gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (gNEN) represent about 7.5% of gastroenteropancreatic NEN (gepNEN), classified in: type 1 (70-80%), related to autoimmune gastritis, type 2 (5%), related to Zollinger-Ellison syndrome in multiple endocrine neoplasia 1 and type 3 (15-20%), in absence of hypergastrinemia or mucosal atrophy.

#2709 Endoscopic Management and Outcomes of Gastro-Duodenal Neuroendocrine Tumours
Introduction: Gastric and duodenal neuroendocrine tumours are increasing in incidence. ENETS guidelines suggest endoscopic resection of type 1 gastric NENs over 10mm and consider endoscopic resection for duodenal NENs. However, the endoscopic techniques are not clearly mandated. There, is evidence to suggest endoscopic mucosal dissection has higher incidence of R0 resections compared with polypectomy or EMR alone.

#2891 Bone Metastases and Skeletal Related Events in Patients with Neuroendocrine Neoplasms (NEN): The Role of Zoledronic Acid
Introduction: The incidence of bone metastases (BM) in patients with NENs is 12-25%, and skeletal related events (SREs) occur in up to 21% of affected cases. Data about the efficacy of bisphosphonates in NEN patients (pts) with BM are limited.

#3080 Impact of Multimodal Perioperative Treatment in Patients with Resected Non-Metastatic Grade 3 Neuroendocrine Neoplasms (NEN G3)
Introduction: Patients with grade 3 neuroendocrine neoplasm (NEN G3) have a limited prognosis. Even in a non-metastatic stage, the risk of recurrence after surgery is high. Multimodal perioperative treatment, including chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy in an adjuvant or neoadjuvant setting, has improved the prognosis in numerous tumor entities; however, it has not been systematically evaluated in NEN G3 so far. Nevertheless, perioperative chemotherapy is generally recommended in most current treatment guidelines for NEN G3.

#2951 Analysis of Discordance between Biopsy Grade and Surgical Pathology Grade in Resected PanNEN Patients
Introduction: In PanNEN cases, treatment strategies are decided by tumor localization, volume and grade. In unresectable or metastatic cases, tumor grade is determined by biopsy specimen obtained from EUS-FNA and diagnostic accuracy of biopsy according to WHO classification 2017 is important for decision making of treatment.

#2790 Trends of Incidence and Prognosis of Gastric Neuroendocrine Neoplasms - A Study Based on SEER and Our Multicenter Research
