#1563 Impact of Early Surgery on Prognosis in Advanced Gastro-entero-pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumours (GEP-NET)
Introduction: In gastro-entero-pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (GEP-NET) the role of surgery remains to be determined.

#390 An Increasing Incidence of GEP-NETs in Chengdu City with a Population of 14 Million in China
Introduction: The annual incidence of GEP-NETs in China is still unclear. All histopathology and cytopathology reports have yet to be collected in a national archive. No national or regional survey on GEP-NETs has been approved. West China Hospital (WCH), a university hospital located in Chengdu City with a population of 14 million, has established a series of databases in recent years.

#1059 Genomic Profiling of Metastatic Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumor (GEP-NET) Patients in Precision-Medicine Era
Introduction: We have conducted molecular profiling through high-throughput molecular test as part of clinical practice for patients with advanced gastrointestinal (GI) cancer, or rare cancer including gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs).

#1810 FOXM1 Is Strongly Associated with Cell Proliferation and Is Not Influenced by Metabolic Syndrome in GEP-NETS
Introduction: Gastro-entero-pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors(GEP-NETs) and metabolic syndrome(MS) are both increasing exponentially. MS has been associated with several non NET cancers.

#163 Clinical value of MRI DWI and (Gd-EOB)-DTPA to assess liver involvement in patients with advanced gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs)
Introduction: Standard MRI, including breath-hold techniques with SE T1 and T2 weighted images, biochemical shift, and 3D GRE and also T1 images after gadolinium enhancement Gd-DTPA, are useful in detecting liver lesions in patients with advanced GEP-NET. Recently, new algorithms of MRI, including diffusion-weighted imaging MRI (DWI) and i.v. (Gd-EOB)-DTPA (Primovist) contrast enhancement, seems to be promising in the detection of liver deposits.

#928 Clinical Analysis of 245 Patients with GEP-NETs: A Single-Institution Analysis (2002–2013) in South China
Introduction: GEP-NETs are the most common types of NET, accounting for about 67.5% of total NET. But so far, there have been no related statistics of Chinese patients with GEP-NET. Here, we performed a retrospective study in South China to provide clinical characteristics of GEP-NET.

#1133 Prognosis of Stage IV Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (GEP-NET) According to the WHO Classification and the Primary Tumor Location
Introduction: WHO classification of GEP-NET is used to predict prognosis, yet survival within each grade shows wide variation. We hypothesized that primary tumor location may be partially responsible of this variability.

#1268 The Impact of PD-L1 Expression in Patients with Metastatic GEP-NETs
Introduction: Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), which is expressed on many cancer cells, interacts with PD1 expressed on the surface of T cells, inhibiting the T cells and blocking the antitumor immune response.
