#2864 Irinotecan-Based Regimens for the Second-Line Treatment of Extrapulmonary Poorly Differentiated Neuroendocrine Carcinomas: A Monocentric Experience
Introduction: Neuroendocrine carcinomas (NECs) are a rare subgroup of neuroendocrine neoplasms that occasionally originate from gastro-entero-pancreatic (GEP) tract. Owing to their low incidence, evidences of the effectiveness of chemotherapy are scarce. Analogously to small cell lung cancer, platinum plus etoposide (Vp16) regimens are currently the standard treatment in first-line, while little data are available on the role of second-line treatment.

#2730 FOLFIRINEC, A Multi-Center, Randomized, Comparative Phase II Study of FOLFIRINOX vs Platinum-Etoposide as First Line Treatment for Metastatic Neuroendocrine Carcinoma of Gastroenteropancreatic or Unknown Origin, Associated with Molecular Profiling
Introduction: Grade 3 (G3) gastroenteropancreatic (GEP) neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) are rare diseases with a poor prognosis. FOLFIRINEC is a multicenter comparative phase II study of mFOLFIRINOX vs platinum-etoposide (PE) as first line treatment for metastatic G3 NEC of GEP or unknown origin.

#2964 Personalized Therapy in a Case of Esophageal NEC Based on Tumor Genome Sequencing
Introduction: High-grade esophageal neuroendocrine carcinomas (NEC) constitute a rare subgroup of neuroendocrine neoplasms, with a particularly aggressive behaviour and unfavourable prognosis. To date, there are no validated biomarkers for personalized therapy and cytotoxic chemotherapy remains the standard of care. However, tumor genome sequencing may help improve NEC molecular landscape knowledge in order to identify novel targets for an individualized approach.

#3035 Large-Cell Neuroendocrine Carcinoma of the Lung in Elderly Patient: Case Report and Review of Literature
Introduction: Lung neuroendocrine tumors account for less than 25% of lung cancers.Which is a rare malignant tumor with an aggressive profile has often already affected lymph nodes at presentation and it is de novo metastatic in nearly 40% of cases.

#139 Association of carcinoid with noncarcinoid neoplasms
Introduction: Carcinoid tumors have a complex disease spectrum. Most have a benign clinical course, but some are aggressive, with invasive growth, metastasis and short survival. In carcinoid tumors, more than 20% are associated with noncarcinoid neoplasms. When the second tumor is a more malignant lesion, the prognosis usually is correlated more closely with the noncarcinoid malignant neoplasm.

#502 Bifunctional ShRNAimPDX-1 Therapy Prevents Hypoglycemic Death From Insulinoma in Mice
Introduction: PDX-1 is a novel molecular target for insulinoma. Bi-functional shRNAi platform has been developed that results in a more effective targeted gene knockdown.

#597 Primary Hepatic Neuroendocrine Carcinomas Treated with a Combination of Cisplatin and Etoposide as First-Line Chemotherapy: Two Case Reports
Introduction: Because primary hepatic neuroendocrine carcinoma (PHNEC) is extremely rare, a standard regimen has not yet been established. However, the combination of etoposide and cisplatin (EP) has been widely used to treat PHNEC.

#620 Multicenter Retrospective Analysis of Systemic Chemotherapy for Advanced Poorly Differentiated Neuroendocrine Carcinoma of Digestive System
Introduction: No standard chemotherapy is established for advanced poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma (PDNEC) originating from the gastrointestinal tract (GI) or the hepato-biliary-pancreatic system (HBP).

#910 Experience of Temozolomide Mono- and Combination Therapy in Advanced Neuroendocrine Tumors (NETs) in Russia
Introduction: Temozolomide (T) demonstrated promising activity in NETs in numerous phase 2 studies worldwide. But there is not enough data about its efficacy in the Russian population.
