Introduction: The selective arterial secretagogue injection (SASI) test is considered indispensable for an accurate insulinoma localization. The optimal timing of post-injection evaluation has not been established yet, as some studies recommend 60 seconds [SASI (60 sec)] while others support 120 seconds [SASI (120 sec)].

Introduction: NEN are very rare tumors in children and adolescents with predominance in adolescent girls. The annual incidence is about 1.14:1 million. The most frequent localization is appendix. Bronchial NEN, even extremly rare, is the most frequent primary epithelial lung tumor in children.

#1709 68Ga-NODAGA-exendin-4 PET/CT for the Localization of Insulinomas: Preliminary Data from a Prospective Multicenter Imaging Study.
Introduction: Insulinomas are usually small, single tumors. Precise preoperative localization of the tumor is essential. Imaging techniques like CT and MRI have limited sensitivity and also somatostatin receptor (SSTR) imaging is not specific. Exendin specifically binds the GLP-1 receptor (GLP-1R), which is markedly upregulated in insulinomas. 68Ga-DOTA-exendin-4 PET/CT has been shown to be feasible in detecting insulinomas. Replacing DOTA by NODAGA ensures higher specific activities. We propose 68Ga-NODAGA-exendin-4 PET/CT as a promising new method for improved localization of insulinomas.

#477 Glucagon-Like Peptide 1 Receptor (GLP-1R) Imaging for the Preoperative Localization of Benign Insulinomas in 30 Patients
Introduction: Biochemical diagnosis of endogenous hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia is straightforward. Surgical removal of an insulinoma is hampered by difficulties to localize it using conventional radiological procedures. In vitro data suggest that human insulinoma cells exhibit a high density of GLP-1R. 111In-exendin-4 is an 111In labeled GLP-1R agonist that binds with high affinity to GLP-1R and may be helpful in localizing insulinomas.

#695 Pancreatic Angiography with Selective Intra-Arterial Calcium Stimulation for the Localization of Insulinomas: A Case Report.
Introduction: Surgery is the gold standard treatment of insulinomas. Before planning the surgical procedure, the tumor must be precisely localized. Usually, the combination of Endoscopic Ultrasound, Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging localize more than 80% of the tumors. But due to its small size, other more sophisticated techniques must be performed in order to improve the diagnosis accuracy. Some of them, like angiography, are invasive.
