#111 Atypical lung carcinoid tumor metastatic to endocrine glands and bone marrow
Introduction: Bronchopulmonary neuroendocrine tumors (BP-NETs) comprise 20% of all lung cancers. Typical low grade carcinoid tumors (TC) represent the majority of BP-carcinoids. Intermediate grade atypical carcinoid tumors (AC) are less often encountered but more aggressive. Although metastatic dissemination to mediastinal lymph nodes, liver, skeleton and central nervous system (CNS) is common, involvement of the endocrine glands has rarely been reported.

#474 Difficulties in Diagnosis and Management of Neuroendocrine Tumors of the Head and Neck: A Case Report
Introduction: Primary neuroendocrine carcinomas (NEC) are uncommon head and neck malignancies. They present with a varied histopathologic spectrum in sinonasal and other subsites.

#798 Neuroendocrine Functions and Labyrinthectomy
Introduction: We tested the action of proline-rich peptide (PRP-1) and cobra venom Naja Naja Oxiana (NOX) on Deiters' nucleus neurons at 3rd, 15th and 35th days after unilateral labyrinthectomy (UL). Early and late tetanic, post-tetanic potentiation and depression of Deiters' neurons to bilateral high frequency stimulation of hypothalamic supraoptic and paraventricualar nuclei was studied. The analysis of spike activity was carried out by mean of on-line selection and special program.

#799 Action of the Hypothalamic Proline-Rich Peptide During Vestibular Compensation Following Unilateral Labyrinthectomy
Introduction: There are uncovered mechanisms of the vestibular compensation (VC), following unilateral labyrinthectomy (UL). We consider the hypothalamic proline-rich peptide (PRP-1) action on Deiters’ lateral vestibular nucleus (LVN) neurons upon dynamics of recovery after UL was carried out.

#1198 Role of Combined 68Ga-DOTATOC and 18F-FDG PET-CT in the Diagnostic Workup of Well Differentiated Pancreas Neuroendocrine Tumors (PanNETs): A Surgical Series
Introduction: PanNETs have a broad spectrum of aggressiveness. Somatostatin-receptor based functional imaging, [68Ga]DOTATOC-PET/CT (GP), is recommended in the diagnostic workup of PanNETs; preliminary evidences show that [18F]FDG-PET/CT (FP) can provide prognostic information.

#2690 Marked Response to Nab-Paclitaxel in Advanced Neuroendocrine Carcinoma of Nasal Sinuses: A Case Report
Introduction: Sinonasal neuroendocrine carcinomas (SNECs) are a very rare and high-grade malignant epithelial neoplasm that is usually associated with a poor prognosis.

#2984 AGTR1 Is Overexpressed in Neuroendocrine Neoplasms, Regulates Secretion and May Serve as a Target for Molecular Imaging and Therapy
Introduction: Peptide receptor targeting has proven to be a pivotal tool for diagnostic imaging and radioligand therapy of neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs), which frequently express somatostatin receptors (SSTRs) on their cell surface. However, up to 30 % of NEN patients do not benefit from SSTR-based approaches, others develop a resistance.

#2991 Gastroenteropancreatic (GEP) Neuroendocrine Neoplasia G3 (NEN G3) According to 2019 WHO Classification: A Comprehensive Clinicopathological Characterization Including Mismatch Repair (MMR) Proteins, PDL1 Expression and KRAS/BRAF Status
Introduction: In the 2019 WHO FOR NEN’S classification NETG3 have been distinguished from poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC). They are heterogeneous group concerning prognosis and treatment benefit.
