#2748 CT-Based Radiomics for Prediction of Outcome after Somatostatin Analogues in Patients with Liver Metastases of a Neuroendocrine Tumor: An Exploratory Study
Introduction: Response evaluation and prediction of outcome of a neuroendocrine tumor (NET) remains difficult.

#3020 Outcomes Following Surgical Management of Pulmonary Carcinoids – A Tertiary Center Experience
Introduction: Pulmonary carcinoids are a rare type of malignant lung tumour. Surgery forms the mainstay of management when operable. However, there is paucity of data on conservative management and effective follow-up strategies.

#2711 Gastric Neuroendocrine Neoplasms: Clinical Management and Outcomes in a Cohort of 54 Patients
Introduction: Gastric NENs are increasingly being diagnosed at endoscopy. The majority of these are type 1 gastric NEN. However, around 10-20% can be type 3 or type 4 Gastric NENs.

#2841 Novelties in Primary and Metastatic GEP-NENs Clinical Outcome Investigation
Introduction: Gastro-entero-pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP-NENs) WHO classification, using strict cut-offs, should reflect their biological features. In real world, strict cut-offs not adequately segregate prognostic groups, in particular on metastasis (M).

#2773 Impact on Outcome in Patients (pts) with Advanced Neuroendocrine Neoplasms (NENs) Included in Prospective Clinical Trials (CT)
Introduction: Access to CT offers cancer pts the opportunity to receive new treatments and better monitoring of efficacy and toxicity. The increase of systemic therapy options in advanced NENs has relegated the inclusion of pts in CT to later lines of treatment as suggested in most guidelines.

#2824 Patient and Nurse Satisfaction with the New Lanreotide Autogel Pre-Filled Syringe in Neuroendocrine Tumors (NET): A Prospective Study (SONATE)
Introduction: A new syringe (NS) for the delivery of lanreotide autogel was approved in Oct 2018 in France. The NS includes updated features (larger flanges, more robust plunger) intended to ease the injection.

#3000 Patients with Somatostatin Receptor Type 2-Negative Neuroendocrine Tumors Have Sustained Inferior Survival Rates in a Propensity Score-Matched Analysis
Introduction: Sufficient expression of somatostatin receptor type 2 (SST2) in neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) is crucial for treatment with unlabelled somatostatin analogues (SSAs), or peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) using radio-labelled SSAs. Impaired prognosis has been described for SST2-negative NET patients, however studies comparing matched SST2-positive and -negative subjects are missing.

#3065 Intensive Personalized Program for Daily Living with Neuroendocrine Neoplasms as a Chronic Disease: Preliminary Results
Introduction: Introduction: Neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) are increasingly viewed as chronic diseases as a result of more effective treatments and procedures. As with any life changing events, patient and family transition to a new “normal” requires attitudinal adjustments. The Intensive Personalized Program for Daily Living with Neuroendocrine Neoplasms is a pilot program transitioning patients and their primary familial carer to a new “normal”.

#2935 Prior Surgical Resection and Ga-68-DOTANOC PET/CT Imaging-Based Parameters: Do These Impact Outcomes in Grade II Gastroentero-Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (GEP-NETs)
Introduction: Grade 2 GEP-NETs have inherent tumor heterogeneity seen with positive expression of somatostatin (SSTR) and glucose (GLUT) receptors. Prior surgical resection and imaging parameters on Ga-68 DOTANOC PET/C are well-established variable impacting prognosis in well-differentiated grade 1 NETs. Since the degree of differentiation is variable in Grade 2 NETs, these parameters have not been studied.

#2786 Outcome of NET Liver Metastases Treated by TAE Using Microspheres
Introduction: Liver metastases are common in patients with neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), which are associated with the prognosis. Transarterial embolization (TAE) is one of the options for selective therapy in patients with multiple unresectable progressive liver metastases after chemotherapy.
