#2876 Efficacy of Surufatinib in Western Patients (pts) with Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (PanNETs)
Introduction: Surufatinib is a targeted inhibitor of tyrosine kinases VEGFR1, 2, & 3, FGFR1, and CSF-1R. The safety profile was favorable in 2 completed studies (NCT02133157, NCT02267967) conducted in China. A recent phase 3 placebo controlled study (NCT02588170) confirmed safety, and demonstrated superior efficacy (PFS: 9.2 v 3.8 months) of Surufatinib in Chinese pts with advanced extra-pancreatic NETs (epNET).

#153 Antibody formation against somatostatin analogues with altered biodistribution and dosimetry: a case with implications for PRRT
Introduction: Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) of neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) has emerged as a powerful palliative therapy. I.v. administration of radiolabeled (e.g. Yttrium-90) somatostatin analogues (SA) results in high-dose local irradiation of all tumor sites. The radiolabelled SA accumulates in the tumors through receptor-mediated internalization depending on the expression of somatostatin receptors and the pharmacokinetics of the radiolabelled SA.

#499 Effect of Everolimus on Pharmacokinetics of Octreotide LAR in Patients with Advanced Neuroendocrine Tumors: A RADIANT-2 Analysis
Introduction: In RADIANT-2 (NCT00412061), Everolimus (E) plus Octreotide LAR (O) exhibited a clinically meaningful 5.1-month improvement in progression-free survival (PFS) v. placebo plus octreotide LAR (P+O) in patients (pts) with advanced neuroendocrine tumors (NET) and a history of carcinoid syndrome.

#1238 Use of Everolimus in a Patient with Metastatic Bronchial Carcinoid Receiving Hemodialysis.
Introduction: Renal impairment may alter the normal pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic behavior of chemotherapy drugs, thus increasing the risk of side effects. Everolimus was reported to have anti-tumor activity in bronchial neuroendocrine tumors (NET). Safety and toxicity profile of everolimus has been provided in hemodialyzed patients with renal cell carcinoma. Only a report describes the effect of everolimus in a patient with metastatic ileac carcinoid in hemodialysis.

#1284 Pharmacokinetic (PK) Differences Between Subcutaneous and Intramuscular Administration of Lanreotide: Results from a Phase I Study
Introduction: Data have shown that 38% of intended gluteal intramuscular (IM) injections with long-acting release octreotide were mistakenly given subcutaneously (SC); in carcinoid syndrome patients, this significantly increased the rate of flushing (P=0.005; Boyd 2013, Pancreas). Lanreotide depot(LD) recently became FDA-approved for the treatment of gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (120 mg Q4W) as a deep SC injection.

Introduction: PRRT with radiolabelled SSTR agonists is highly effective and has become an integral part of NET treatment. Tumour uptake and tumour-to-tissue dose ratios may be higher with radiolabelled SSTR antagonists than agonists. DOTA-JR11 (OPS201) is a very promising next-generation SSTR2-selective antagonist.
