#1471 Chemotherapy for Stage IV Sporadic Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (pNET): Are Partial Responses to Post-first Line Chemotherapy Predictable by Response/Type of First Line Chemotherapy?
Introduction: Three types of chemotherapy are recommended for stage IV pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNETs): streptozocin (STZ)-, dacarbazine (DCZ)- and oxaliplatin (OX)-based. Whether cross resistance exists is unknown.

#845 Ki-67 Index as a Biomarker of Response to Cytotoxic Chemotherapy
Introduction: Chemotherapy (CT) is widely used for neuroendocrine tumors (NET) but there are no validated biomarkers to predict response. The Ki-67 proliferation index has been proposed as a means of selecting patients for CT but robust data are lacking.

#1008 STZ-Based Chemotherapy is Associated with Durable Response Rate in Pancreatic NET as 1st or 2nd Line Treatment
Introduction: The role of chemotherapy for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNETs) is controversially discussed. Objective response rates (RR) with streptozocin (STZ)-based chemotherapy are variable. Novel targeted drugs have recently been approved.

#1381 [18F]FDG-PET/CT as a Predictive Tool for Response to Chemotherapy and Everolimus Treatment in Patientes with Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumour
Introduction: The predictive role of 18F-FDG-PET/CT (FP) in neuroendocrine tumours is debated.

#2069 Tumor Absorbed Dosimetry and Response of Radionuclide Therapy in Metastatic Neuroendocrine Tumor
Introduction: Increased tumour lesion absorbed dosimetry (TLAD) from peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) is associated with neuroendocrine tumours (NET) response. Responses to PRRT might be impacted by NET grade, site of origin and use of concurrent chemotherapy.

#2699 Dacarbazine- or Temozolomide-Based Chemotherapy in Metastatic Digestive Neuroendocrine Carcinomas in Post First-line Chemotherapy: A Retrospective Multicentric Study of the French Group of Endocrine Tumours (GTE)
Introduction: First-line chemotherapy in metastatic neuroendocrine carcinomas (NEC) is based on etoposide and platinum. However, there is no standard for second line treatment.

#2119 Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Predictors of Tumor Response to Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT) in Metastatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (NET)
Introduction: Pretherapeutic 68Gallium-DOTA-(0-Tyr3)-octreotate (68Ga-DOTATATE) PET standardised uptake value (SUV) has shown conflicting results in the prediction of tumour response to radionuclide therapy.

#2993 Proposal of New Imaging Criteria for Evaluating the Response of Liver Metastases to Systemic Treatments in Digestive Neuroendocrine Tumors (NET) as an Alternative to RECIST 1.1
Introduction: RECIST 1.1 criteria have been challenged for the evaluation of treatment response in NET.

#156 Toxicity, response and survival analyses of Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT) in treatment refractory metastatic thyroid cancer using Yttrium-90 and Lutetium-177 Labeled somatostatin analogs
Introduction: Medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) represents about 3-16% of thyroid cancer. After first line treatment, therapeutic options for locally recurrent or metastasizing tumors include repeated surgery, whenever possible. Doxorubicin containing chemotherapy regimens in iodine-nonavid differentiated thyroid cancer have poor efficacy.

#314 Clinical Effect of Temozolomide-Based Chemotherapy in Poorly Differentiated Endocrine Carcinoma (PDEC) after Progression on First-Line Chemotherapy
Introduction: Patients with metastatic PDEC usually have a short survival. After first-line palliative chemotherapy, there are no established second-line treatments. Temozolomide has shown effect in other NETs.
