#495 Risk Factors for Sporadic Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (PNETs): Updated Results From a Single-Center Case Control Study
Introduction: PNETs are uncommon and little is known about risk factors and association with other cancers.

#827 Neuroendocrine Tumors of the Pancreas Grade 2 with Ki-67 Index More Than 5% and with Expression Cytokeratin 19 are the Risk Group of Rapid Progression
Introduction: Cytokeratin 19 (CK19) is the marker of pluripotent cells of the epithelium of the pancreatic ducts, which is not detected in differentiated endocrine cells. Our experience shows that many patients with neuroendocrine tumors of the pancreas (pNET) G2 have a rapid progression of the disease a few years after diagnosis, and metastases are found most commonly in the liver.

#1474 Curative Resection in Digestive Neuroendocrine Neoplasms: Recurrence-free Survival Rate and Definition of a Risk Score for Recurrence
Introduction: Surgery with radical intent is the only curative option for digestive neuroendocrine neoplasms (DNENs), but clinical practice shows disease-free pts recurring even after years

#1103 Risk and Protective Factors for Midgut Carcinoid Tumours: A Case-Control Study of Prospectively Evaluated Patients
Introduction: The incidence of midgut carcinoid tumours is on the rise, but few studies have investigated risk factors for their occurrence.

#949 An Analysis of Toxicity after Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT) in 807 Patients: Determination of the Limited Predictive Role of Clinical Factors
Introduction: PRRT with 90Y-octreotide (Y) and 177Lu-octreotate (Lu) is well-tolerated.

#2118 Reassessment of Risk Factors Associated with Locoregional Lymph Nodal Metastases in Well-Differentiated Appendiceal Neuroendocrine Neoplasms
Introduction: To prevent loco-regional recurrence and subsequent development of distant metastases in Appendiceal Neuro-Endocrine Neoplasms (ANEN), the existing Guidelines have identified risk factors which would indicate a prophylactic right hemicolectomy(RHC).

#1237 Risk Factors for Survival from Neuroendocrine Neoplasia with Unknown Primary Tumor Site
Introduction: Neuroendocrine neoplasia (NEN) with unknown primary site (NEN-CUP) may have a poor prognosis. We evaluated the clinical presentation, therapy, outcome, and risk factors for adverse outcomes in patients with NEN-CUP.

#2255 When Is Right Hemicolectomy Really Indicated for Pediatric Appendiceal NETs?
Introduction: Pediatric NET of the appendix (ANET) are rare tumors with unknown real incidence. For pediatric age initial staging procedures are not standardized and guidelines for pediatric patients with ANET do not exist.

#2204 Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors: Analysis of Prognostic Factors After Surgical Resection in a Single Centre
Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNET) are rare, heterogeneous and challenging neoplasms. Surgical resection is the only curative treatment. Recurrence can occur even after years. Diagnosis of malignancy is difficult so further studies are necessary to identify prognostic criteria.
