#1228 Measurement of Blood Gene Transcripts Defines PRRT Therapeutic Efficacy
Introduction: PRRT is an effective therapy for NETs since the majority over-express SSRs. Typically, well or moderately differentiated NETs (G1/G2) are treated. Imaging and CgA are used to evaluate response but both RECIST criteria and CgA have limitations.

#2207 Circulating Neuroendocrine Gene Transcripts (NETest) Decrease Early after Radical Surgery: Preliminary Results of a Prospective Study
Introduction: Specific biomarkers for predicting response and risk of recurrence after surgery for enteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (EP-NETs) are still lacking.

#1569 Blood Measurement of NET Transcripts (NETest) Predicts Well-Differentiated Gastroenteropancreatic NET Disease Status and Is Prognostic for Disease Progression
Introduction: A key issue in GEP-NETs is early identification and prediction of disease progression. Clinical evaluation and imaging are limited due to the lack of sensitivity and disease indolence.

#1916 Circulating Neuroendocrine Transcripts and Gene Cluster Analysis Predict the Efficacy of PRRT
Introduction: Prediction of PRRT efficacy is critical. We tested a blood-based multigene NET transcript analysis (NETest) to predict efficacy in 2 PRRT-treated NET cohorts. The algorithm comprises >50 genes + clusters of growth factor signaling (GFS) and metabolism (MTB).

#316 Utilization of Gene Network Graph Topology with Inference Relevance Analysis Delineates G Protein-coupled Receptor Pathways and CREB Targets in Small Intestinal Neuroendocrine Neoplasia
Introduction: Despite an increasing incidence, a paucity of biological information has led to major limitations in identification of plausible therapeutic targets for small intestinal neuroendocrine tumors (SINETs)

#964 Ewing Sarcoma a Dangerous Pitfall for Poorly Differentiated Neuroendocrine Carcinoma (PDEC) in Ileum
Introduction: Ewing sarcoma (ES) primary to the ileum (IES) has rarely been documented, and shows close similarities in histology and clinical presentation with PDEC.EWSR1-FEV translocation is exceedingly rare in ES, as FEV expression is restricted to prostate, brain, and serotonin neuroendocrine cells (NE) and related tumors.
