#2920 Mutation Spectrums Analysis of Colorectal Adenocarcinoma and Neuroendocrine Neoplasm Based on Same Genetic Background to Reveal Tumorigenesis
Introduction: The tumorigenesis of neuroendocrine neoplasm (NEN) are still ambiguous. The therapies of NENs in colon or rectum refer to adenocarcinomas (AC) when tumor metastasis, but the response was unsatisfactory which inspired us to explore the mutation difference.

#1115 Cancer Stem Cells in Small Intestine Neuroendocrine Cell Line P-STS: Isolation and Molecular Characterisation
Introduction: Cancer stem cells (CSCs) represent a small subpopulation of tumour cells responsible for invasive tumour growth. Even though the presence of CSCs in neuroendocrine tumours is documented, their role in neuroendocrine tumourigenesis and metastasis is not defined as yet.

#25 Predictors of response to radio-embolization (TheraSphere ®) treatment of neuro-endocrine liver metastasis
Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumors (NET) frequently metastasize to the liver. Most patients have diffuse, and therefore incurable, disease. NET liver metastasis has been shown to respond to yttrium-90 microspheres therapy. This study aims to define factors that predict response to radio-embolization in patients with NET liver metastases.

#116 Transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) of liver metastasis from pancreatic well-differentiated endocrine carcinoma
Introduction: The behavior of liver metastasis from endocrine pancreatic carcinoma is eterogeneous, and several treatments have been proposed, but no single option is ideal.

#632 Strategy of Combining Liver-directed Local Treatment with Systemic Treatment in Patients with Liver Metastasis of Neuroendocrine Tumor
Introduction: Little is known about the clinical outcomes of liver-directed local treatment (tx) in combination with systemic tx in patients with liver metastasis of neuroendocrine tumor (NET).

#1861 Surgical Strategies and Selection Criteria for Patients with Liver Metastasis from Neuroendocrine Tumors: Personal Experience.
Introduction: The role of surgical treatment of liver metastasis from neuroendocrine neoplasm(NET) is still a debated issue, and the management of these patients is entrusted to the practical experience of single centers. The main problem is that there are not available randomized trials comparing surgical resection to unthreated patients or other liver directed therapy.

#1938 Eleven Years Survival after Combined Treatment of Surgery, Ultrasound-Guided Radiofrequency Ablation of Liver Metastasis, CT Embolization Plus Somatostatin LAR in a Case with Atypical Carcinoid of the Lung
Introduction: The combination of different therapeutic methods has an important place in the treatment of patients with NET and liver metastasis, ineligible for radical surgery.

#2153 Brain Metastasis Disclosing Neuroendocrine Tumor
Introduction: A paraganglioma is a rare tumor composed of chromaffin cells. Malignant paraganglioma is a very rare presentation diagnosed by local recurrence after total resection of the primary mass or findings of distant metastasis
