A Case Series of 27 Primary Ovarian Neuroendocrine Tumors Abstract #1353

Introduction: Primary neuroendocrine tumors of the ovary are rare and often found incidentally.
Aim(s): We examined 27 primary ovarian carcinoids treated at a single institution over the course of 21 years, one of the largest series in literature.
Materials and methods: All patients with ovarian neuroendocrine tumors between 1994 and 2015 were retrospectively reviewed in this IRB approved analysis. Of 99 patients identified, pathology confirmed 27 primary ovarian carcinoids. Clinical outcomes, surgical and pathological findings were reviewed. A Kaplan Meier curve was constructed using this data.
