Pretherapeutic Predictors of Tumor Absorbed Dosimetry in Radionuclide Therapy for Metastatic Neuroendocrine Tumors Abstract #2066

Introduction: Pretherapeutic 68Gallium-DOTA-(0-Tyr3)-octreotate Positron Emission Tomography (68Ga-DOTATATE PET) standardised uptake value (SUV) has shown conflicting results in the prediction of tumour lesion absorbed dosimetry (TLAD).
Aim(s): We aimed to assess the correlation of pretherapeutic SUV parameters with TLAD in patients with metastatic neuroendocrine tumours (NET).
Materials and methods: Pretherapeutic 68Ga-DOTATATE PET-CT and intra-therapeutic TLAD measured with Single Photon Emission Computer Tomography (SPECT) after cycle one were retrospectively analysed. Patients were treated with 7.45GBq Lutetium octreotate radionuclide therapy.

#868 Role of 68Ga-DOTATATE PET/TC (68Ga-PET-CT) for the Management of Patients with Neuroendrocrine Tumors (NETs): Impact in Therapeutic Decisions of our Clinical Practice
Introduction: 68Ga-PET-CT has demonstrated a higher diagnostic accuracy than any other imaging procedures (CT/MRI/SRS). ARGENTUM group described their experience with 68Ga-PET-CT in eight patients with advanced Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (ENETS 2011). Conclusion was that 68Ga-PET-CT enabled changes in the strategy of treatment in all cases. The impact of 68Ga-PET-CT on the therapeutic management in NETs is constantly under evaluation.

#2069 Tumor Absorbed Dosimetry and Response of Radionuclide Therapy in Metastatic Neuroendocrine Tumor
Introduction: Increased tumour lesion absorbed dosimetry (TLAD) from peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) is associated with neuroendocrine tumours (NET) response. Responses to PRRT might be impacted by NET grade, site of origin and use of concurrent chemotherapy.

#2048 The Correlation between 68Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT Results and Tumor Proliferation in Patients with Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms (GEP-NENs)
Introduction: GEP-NENs are heterogeneous neoplasms characterized by overexpression of somatostatin receptors (SSTRs). PET/CT with 68Ga-DOTATATE has shown excellent results for imaging of NENs and has been used more and more widely.
