#400

Introduction: Despite current availability of large array of Rx modalities, management of MPGLs still pose a challenge.

Aim(s): Mutomodal Rx including surgery, radioablation, Octreotide and 1-131 MIGB failed to arrest progression of MPGL. Refinements in disseminated PGLs are needed.

Materials and methods: A 20-year-old asymptomatic male was referred with a 3-yr. history of large skull occipital and abdominal masses. Imaging studies: Whole body CT, MIBG/Octreoscans, abdominal angiogram, serum and urinary catecholamies, Serum CGA, Genetic study for SHDB/C/D, VHL, RET were done.
