Introduction: Data on G3-NET and NEC are limited. No standard therapy following platinum-etoposide failure is established and first-line therapy in G3-NET is not codified.

Aim(s): To evaluate clinical and pathological characteristics of diagnosis, therapies and outcome in NEC G3.

Materials and methods: Retrospective study of patients (pts) with G3-NET and NEC from five European centers diagnosed between 01/01/00 and 01/09/13.
