Introduction: Primary gallbladder neuroendocrine carcinoma is a relatively rare disease.

Aim(s): This study aimed to investigate the clinicopathological features and prognosis of primary neuroendocrine carcinoma of gallbladder.

Materials and methods: 15 patients with gallbladder neuroendocrine carcinoma treated in Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College Hospital between 2009 and 2015 were included and their clinicopathological features and prognosis were analyzed retrospectively.
