Correlation between Clinicopathological Features and Distant Metastases in Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasm: A National Multicenter 10-Year Retrospective Study Abstract #2848

Introduction: The incidence of pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm (PNEN) is increasing, and the prognosis of patients with PNEN is quite different. So, it is of great significance to study the effect of different pathological features on the prognosis of patients with PNEN.
Aim(s): To investigate the correlation between the pathological features and distant metastasis in PNEN.
Materials and methods: One cancer hospital and one general hospital were selected by convenient sampling from seven regions of China. According to the case report form, patients with PNEN confirmed by pathological diagnosis were selected from 21 selected hospitals, and the relevant pathological diagnosis information was collected and analyzed retrospectively.

Introduction: Gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasm (Gi-NEN) comprised a wide and heterogeneous group of neoplasms. Diagnosis could often be challenging due to their rarity. 18FDG-PET/CT had a high accuracy for poorly differentiated NENs.
