Correlation between Immunohistochemical Markers Expression and Lymph Node Metastasis in Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms: A Nation-Wide 10-Year Retrospective Clinical Epidemiological Study in China

#2689

Introduction: Previous research on the correlation between different pathological features and the development of gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP-NENs) is rare in China.

Aim(s): To explore the correlation between immunohistochemical markers expression and lymph node metastasis in GEP-NENs.

Materials and methods: In the seven regions of China, we conveniently selected at least one general hospital and one cancer hospital. All inpatient cases with confirmed pathology in the selected 23 hospitals were reviewed and patients’ general information, clinical features and treatment information were collected based on the designed case report form (CRF).
