Expressions of ATRX and DAXX in Hepatic Metastatic Pancreatic Nonfunctional Neuroendocrine Neoplasms

Introduction: Loss of ATRX or DAXX is common in well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms, and is correlated with higher tumor stage and shorter survival time.

Aim(s): To determine the incidence of the loss of ATRX or DAXX in hepatic metastatic pancreatic neuroendocrine lesions.

Materials and methods: We collected 22 patients who underwent partial hepatectomy in our center from June 2005 to April 2015, and manufactured tissue microarray with their samples.
