Introduction: Insulinoma is the most common endocrine pancreatic tumor. It is mostly benign and single.

Aim(s): To evaluate clinical presentation, surgery, outcome, follow up (FU).

Materials and methods: We reviewed clinical data of patients observed for organic hyperinsulinism from January 1966 to December 2010 in our Department (FU to December 2011).
