Safety and efficacy of endoscopic ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of functional and non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms

Project title: "Safety and efficacy of endoscopic ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of functional and non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms: A Multicenter prospective study"

Aims:

  • To evaluate the safety of endoscopic ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation (EUS-RFA) in a large cohort of patients with functional and non-functional neuroendocrine neoplasms
  • To evaluate effectiveness of EUS-RFA treatment
  • To evaluate rate of patients who will require secondary surgery
  • To evaluate factors associated with response to RFA treatment
