Ki-67 and Presence of Liver Metastases Predicts Progression in Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms (pNENs)

#2033

Introduction: In pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (pNENs), size ≤20 mm and Ki-67 ≤2% suggest indolent behavior, but no factor alone can predict prognosis.

Aim(s): To explore prognostic factors better predicting pNENs prognosis

Materials and methods: We investigated factors predictive of tumor progression in 80 pNENs surgically resected from 1995 to 2015 in a single Institution.
