Late Metastasis of Pancreatic Gastrinoma

Introduction: Pancreatic gastrinoma associated with MEN1 syndrome are rare and aggressive tumours, presenting a high risk of liver metastasis, and a poor prognosis.

Aim(s): Herein, we describe the case of a pancreatic gastrinoma associated with MEN1 syndrome, presenting with a liver metastasis 37 years after pancreatic resection.

Materials and methods: Case report.
